VMAC Makes 2020 Best Workplaces™ In Manufacturing List For The Second Year In A Row
Nanaimo, B.C. — For the second year in a row, VMAC has earned its position within the Great Place To Work®’s Best Workplaces™ in Manufacturing, joining the top 22 manufacturing organizations in Canada.

To be eligible for the list, organizations in the manufacturing sector must already be Great Place To Work Certified™ in the last 12 months, which requires coworkers to complete a confidential Trust Index Survey©. In the comprehensive survey, employees must agree that their workplace is a ‘great place to work’. Following this, an additional culture application must be submitted by organizations to be considered for the specialized Best Workplaces™ lists, such as Manufacturing.
This latest Best Workplaces™ in Manufacturing certification comes at the end of a successful first half of 2020, where VMAC was once again named one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies, renewed its Great Place To Work Certification, and was awarded 2020 Business of the Year at the Business Excellence Awards.
