Vishay Asia Honored With TTI Supplier Excellence Award
SINGAPORE — Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE: VSH) today announced that Vishay Intertechnology Asia Pte. Ltd. has received the 2014 TTI Asia Supplier Excellence Award. This is the fifth year in a row that Vishay has won the TTI Asia Supplier Excellence Award, earning Platinum Level recognition for the first time.
The TTI Supplier Excellence Awards program centers on quality measurements that include on-time delivery, receiving quality, customer quality, administrative quality, sales support, and business systems. Winners are determined by performance points for these criteria.
The 2014 TTI Asia Supplier Excellence Award was presented to Vishay on March 30 at Vishay's Asia headquarters in Singapore. Anthony Chan, President, TTI Asia, presented the Supplier Excellence Award to Vishay's Johnson Koo, Senior Vice President, Asia Sales.
