Vincent MacFadden Joins Rockford Specialties as Operations Director
Rockford, ILÂ – Rockford Specialties is pleased to announce the hiring of Vincent MacFadden as Operations Director.
MacFadden holds a BS in Industrial Technology and an MBA, both from Grand Valley State University. His impressive resume also includes over 20 years of experience in manufacturing operations, most recently as Vice President of Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering for Rockford Products.
“Vincent is extremely knowledgeable in the implementation of international quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and TS 16949, which has been an area of growing interest to our customers. This experience with quality systems, combined with his knowledge of lean manufacturing processes and problem solving skills, will enable us to deliver a better product, at a more competitive price, all while meeting our customers’ needs for on-Âtime delivery.
