TAMPA, Fla. and CHENNAI, India, September 14, 2010 - Vembu Technologies, a leading provider of online backup software for managed service providers and managed hosting providers, today announced it has completed integration of its award-winning StoreGrid Service Provider Edition with ConnectWise software, the leading business operating system designed exclusively for IT service providers, VARs and MSPs. The combination of StoreGrid and ConnectWise provides MSPs with an efficient and more streamlined process of handling their online backup business.
StoreGrid Service Provider Edition is designed to enable MSPs, VARs and other Service Providers (ISPs and Hosting Providers) to provide remote backup services to their clients at an affordable cost. It even lets the customer accounts in StoreGrid be mapped to the appropriate company accounts in ConnectWise so that service tickets are created under the respective accounts.
