Valent and Nufarm Extend Exclusive Distribution Agreement to 2023
WALNUT CREEK, Calif. and ALSIP, Ill., Sept. 24, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Valent U.S.A. LLC and Nufarm Americas, Inc. announced today the two companies have signed a 5-year distribution agreement extending Nufarm Americas' position as exclusive distributor of a broad portfolio of Valent branded products. The agreement covers all Valent products for the professional turf and ornamental (T&O), aquatic, and industrial vegetation management (IVM) markets in the United States. This agreement continues the distribution partnership Valent and Nufarm established in 2014.

Under the terms of this extended agreement, Nufarm will continue to offer the entire line of Valent branded products for professional golf course, lawn and landscape, production ornamental and aquatic use, as well as industrial vegetation management markets under the Valent brand name. This agreement excludes Valent's business in the agricultural crop protection, seed protection, consumer home and garden, forestry, pest control, timber treatment, public health and animal health markets.
