Valco Cincinnati Acquires Melton S.L.
Valco Cincinnati Inc., a designer, manufacturer and worldwide marketer of hot and cold adhesive application equipment is pleased to announce the acquisition of Melton S.L., an internationally recognized manufacturer of compatible hot melt equipment based in Navarra, Spain.
Paul Chambers, Vice President of Sales and Marketing explained that "this acquisition now provides us with one of the most complete and diverse product lines for hot and cold adhesive equipment in the industry and significantly extends our distribution and service network to better serve the needs of a demanding market."
Since Melton's founding in 1988 it has worked hard on the design and manufacture of the wide range of products it offers the customer today.
