Universal AET Board Elects Brunner, Strojinc to New Leadership Roles


STOUGHTON, Wis. – Universal Acoustic Emission Technologies’ Board of Directors recently elected two executives to leadership roles, the company announced.



Effective July 1, Neal Brunner was re-elected to the office of Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. Brunner will continue to serve as the company liaison with shareholders. He additionally will be responsible for overseeing Universal AET’s long-term strategies for capital planning, and merger and acquisition opportunities.



The board also approved the election of Dick Strojinc to the office of President and Chief Operations Officer. Strojinc was previously Executive Vice President and COO. He will continue to be responsible for daily operations, growth of company revenues and profitability, and strategic operations. He will work with Brunner on long-range planning.
