Capacity for valve service and repair increases to meet growing customer needs

Pasadena, Texas - July 2, 2008 - Tyco Flow Control (TFC), a business of Tyco International Ltd. (NYSE: TYC BXS: TYC), is officially opening its new 42,000 square-foot service and repair center in Pasadena, Texas on July 15. The new facility will provide all service and repair operations previously performed at their Pasadena, Texas distribution center.

"Our new service center is part of our customer-focused growth strategy, allowing us to provide full service valve repair," said Dean Ferriegel, service manager for TFC's Pasadena Service Center. "Moving the service function to a larger facility allows us to meet the growing needs of our customers and also generates new jobs that will increase our current valve mechanics and technician staff over the next few months."

The new service center is located at 9560 New Decade, Pasadena, Texas.
