TSI Announces Acquisition of Noise, Environmental, and Heat Stress Monitoring Products from 3M

SHOREVIEW, Minn., Feb. 6, 2018 - TSI Incorporated today announced it has acquired certain 3M Personal Safety Division offerings primarily focused on noise, environmental, and heat stress monitoring. TSI also acquired 3M's Oconomowoc, Wisc. facility where these products are manufactured.

"This acquisition is an example of our ongoing efforts to enhance the value TSI provides to our customers."

Approximately 35 3M employees joined TSI in conjunction with the acquisition.

TSI and 3M have also entered an agreement for transition services and plan to complete the transition of operations to TSI by mid-2018.
