Tripp Lite Receives Patent on First Power Strip Approved for Hospital/Medical Patient Care Areas
Chicago, IL (June 23, 2008) - Tripp Lite, a world-leading manufacturer of power protection equipment, is pleased to announce that their model PS-415-HGULTRA (the first Medical-Grade Power Strip with full UL 60601-1/60950-1 compliance) has been awarded U.S. Patent No. 7,375,939.
