Trinetics Group Now a 100% Women Owned Business
Trinetics Group, Inc. announces the sale of Trinetics Group Inc to Joyce Munnings. Joyce purchased the company as a 100% Women Owned business from David Hofius, a long time expert in plastic welding technology, design and patents. His son, Marc Hofius, the lead design engineer who patented plastic welding technologies in spin welding, infrared welding and inserting techniques remains with the company.Â
Trinetics Group designs and manufacturers plastic and metal welding joining machines along with supportive production and lab efforts. Trinetics Group products include ultrasonic plastic welding machines, hot platen machines, infrared welders, spin welders, heat staking and inserting machines that are custom designed. The machines operate manually, semi-automatic or completely automatic.
Joyce is the Trinetics Group CEO and has appointed Michael Munnings as President. Michael’s experience includes capital equipment manufacturing, new product development and supply chain management. He has over 10 years in the capital equipment industry and over 20 years experience in contract manufacturing.
Trinetics Group is now based in Melbourne, Florida and has been providing custom designed plastic and metal welding solutions for over 30 years. Trinetics Group equipment design philosophy is to build tough, made to last equipment maintaining a strict priority in operator safety, ease of maintenance and to provide lab research, engineering solutions, production, equipment and to train operators when required.Â
