Trident Microsystems to Host Investor Briefing, Webcast at CES 2011

SUNNYVALE, Calif., Dec. 20, 2010 - Trident Microsystems, Inc. (Nasdaq: TRID) will host an analyst and investor briefing during the 2011 CES Consumer Electronics Show. The event will include presentations from Sylvia Summers, chief executive officer, and Duane Northcutt, chief technology officer. Following the briefing, technology demonstrations will be available featuring Trident's latest platform solutions for digital television and set-top box.
The briefing and demos will be from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Thursday, Jan. 6, 2011 at the Wynn Hotel in Las Vegas in the Alsace Ballroom. The event is being webcast and will be available through Trident's website at www.tridentmicro.com.
