TricorBraun Acquires Pennsylvania-Based Packaging Supplier

Continental Packaging Associates Becomes 16th Successful Acquisition

ST. LOUIS, Sept. 18, 2017 - TricorBraun has acquired Continental Packaging Associates (www.cpapackaging.com), a third-generation, family-owned packaging supplier, according to Keith Strope, President and CEO, of TricorBraun.

"CPA is a great strategic fit with a good legacy and reputation," said Strope. "It's family-owned, much like TricorBraun started out."

For more than 60 years, Continental Packaging Associates has focused on packaging solutions for the food, industrial, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries. The company is owned by cousins Howard, Alan and Todd Feldman, who will all remain in management roles with TricorBraun.

Continental Packaging Associates will begin immediately doing business as TricorBraun and will have expanded access to all TricorBraun customer resources, including the company's package design, engineering and global sourcing capabilities.
