TP-LINK Launches AC1750 Enterprise Dual Band WiFi Access Point with PoE at CES 2014

With the latest 802.11ac wireless standard and centralized management tools, TP-LINK provides businesses with the speed and control to transform their networks

LAS VEGAS – TP-LINK, a global provider of networking products, today announced its first AC1750 Enterprise Dual Band WiFi Access Point with Power over Ethernet (PoE), the EAP320. This AP supports the latest 802.11ac standard, providing up to 1750Mbps of available bandwidth with simultaneous 2.4GHz 450Mbps and 5GHz 1300Mbps.

With the 802.11ac standard, the EAP320 can support an impressive number of bandwidth-intensive and latency-sensitive applications while its PoE capability allows for flexible deployment without the need to run additional electrical wiring.

The intelligent centralized management system facilitates the configuration and management of multiple APs. A single AP is dynamically selected by the wireless controller which automatically distributes the network configuration to other APs in the WLAN, saving the hassle of manual synchronization.

Automatic channel assignment dynamically allocates access point channels according to automatic testing results, avoiding conflicts due to channel interference while optimizing the capacity and performance of your wireless network.

Captive Portal allows administrators to control wireless access through an authentication process. Network users need to agree to an acceptable use policy set by the network administrator, or enter a user ID and password which must be validated against a database of authorized users.

TP-LINK's EAP320 AC1750 Enterprise Dual Band WiFi Access Point with PoE will be shown from January 7-10, 2014 at the Las Vegas Convention Center - Booth No. 36206. South Hall 4, Upper Level. The product will be available in the third quarter of 2014.
