Toyota Promotes Robert Bosworth To Vice President Of Sales

IRVINE, Calif., (August 22, 2005)-Toyota Material Handling, U.S.A., Inc. (TMHU) today announced Robert Bosworth has been promoted to vice president of sales. The appointment was effective July 1, 2005.
"Bob has proven to be an integral part of TMHU's growth in recent years, helping to secure and maintain our position as the number one selling lift truck supplier in the U.S.," said Dr. Shankar Basu, president and CEO of TMHU. "His knowledge and experience in the industry, combined with his enthusiasm and dedication to Toyota, make Bob the ideal person to oversee our continued expansion."
In his new position, Bosworth will oversee all aspects of Toyota lift truck sales, including dealer, national account and fleet sales, as well as the warehouse product and rental and remarketing groups. Previously, Bosworth was national dealer sales manager for TMHU where he designed, promoted and implemented all sales incentive programs. He has worked in the material handling industry for 26 years.
Bosworth holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Oklahoma State University and is a member of the Material Handling Equipment Distributors Association. He and his wife, Janice, reside in Villa Park, Calif.
