Tolerance Masters 2017 Building Expansion Project
Beginning in April 2017 Tolerance Masters will be breaking ground on a 30,000 square foot addition of its current 33,000 square foot facility. Over the next few months TMI will be expanding in the effort to facilitate the growth that we have seen over the last few years. This building addition is stage two in a three part plan that goes back to the mid-1990s when TMI moved to this facility.
Keeping the idea of future growth in mind TMI has planned for a stage 3 growth plan that would add an additional 40,000 square feet to the production area as well as additional office space and parking.
As you can see by the virtual tour on the company’s website the production floor while clean and organized is getting full. To keep the growth curve going in the same direction it has been will require more space than we have currently have.
With the goals of the company set high the building of this addition was the only logical option. It is the belief of management that this will open up a wide variety of options for what the company can do in the future. The belief is that TMI can and will be the go to company for all your Aerospace and Defense needs.
Our plan is simple, to grow. We want to be the company people come to as their solution provider. This building gives us the space to do just that. The hope is that this space give us more options for the future.
