Douglas Sikora Named Director of Software Development
BELLEVUE, Neb., (February 16, 2011) - Tigerpaw Software, Inc., developer of the most comprehensive business building software for technology providers, today announced the hiring of Douglas Sikora as the new director of software development. Sikora will be responsible for leading and mentoring the Tigerpaw development team and managing the product life cycle of over half a dozen products. Sikora will also work with Tigerpaw's Customer Advisory Group (CAG) to plan and design new product features and new product lines. Other responsibilities include working with partners to provide integrations with their solutions, implementing SCRUM as Tigerpaw's agile development methodology, and interacting with customers.

Sikora has over 20 years of experience in executive leadership of software development. He was previously the vice president of information technology at CSG Systems (CSGS), where he directed and managed the research and development of CGS's industry leading solutions. Sikora is skilled in managing diverse sets of technologies, development methodologies, and languages using agile methods and techniques. He has also held the positions of director of information technology, software development manager, and software engineer at CSGS and Information Technology, Inc./Fiserv.
Douglas Sikora earned his Bachelor's degree from Bellevue University and is currently a volunteer member of Outlook Nebraska where he previously held positions of board member and chairman of the board. He is a member of the Association of Information Technology Professionals (AITP).
