Thomson Lamination Inc to Exhibit at CWIEME Berlin

From June 4th to 6th, Thomson Lamination Co., Inc. (TLC), Maple Shade, NJ, will be exhibiting for the first time at CWIEME Berlin, the world’s largest trade show for manufacturers and component suppliers in the electric motor and transformer industry. We will be located in the “American Pavilion”.

Thomson Lamination Co., Inc. was established in 1964 to meet the demand for high end specialty stamped parts with extremely tight tolerances, including laminations for use in mission-critical rotating components, annealed at high temperatures in controlled atmospheres. We pride ourselves in being a one-stop-shop for our customers. Our tool room and engineering staff design and build carbide progressive dies and fixtures in-house. Ourstamping department is equipped with a variety of high speed presses with capacities up to 250 tons. Because the majority of TLC stamping production involves parts made from specialty electrical steel alloys which are used in high performance rotating components, a major emphasis has been placed on providing the most sophisticated and modern annealing facilities available in our industry. Subcontract annealing of customer parts is a standard service at TLC with a metallurgist on staff to assist with special requirements.

Our assembly department provides fully machined motor subassemblies including rotors and stators ready for winding by bonding, staking, welding or riveting. Other processes include fluidizing, and OD and ID grinding.

We service the medical, aerospace, military, machine tool and commercial markets. Our certifications include AS9100C, EN9100C, and Nadcap for both annealing and welding.
