Thermal Product Solutions Ships Gruenberg Truck-in-Oven to the Technology Industry

Thermal Product Solutions, a global manufacturer of thermal-processing equipment, announced the shipment of a Gruenberg truck-in oven to the technology industry. The oven is rated for Class A operation to handle processing solvents per the NFPA 86 specifications.
This Gruenberg unitized oven has a maximum temperature rating of 650° F and work chamber dimensions of 144” W x 84” D x 72” H. The Gruenberg oven is comprised of two compartments separated by an 8” center mullion, constructed from a structural steel frame that supports the 304-stainless steel chamber liner and the exterior sheet metal. All interconnecting struts are non-continuous which keeps the exterior cool.
This truck-in oven utilizes horizontal airflow which maximizes heating rates and temperature uniformity of the product load. Two circulation blowers with variable frequency drives are in a conditioning plenum chamber on the top of the oven. These blowers direct air through a diffuser panel to flow horizontally across the product. The air exits the work chamber on the opposite side duct wall back to the heaters for reheating and recirculation.
