Thermadyne Appoints Richard Morgan to Director of Automation Sales

St. Louis, MO (April 10, 2006) - Thermadyne Industries, Inc., a global leader in cutting and welding products, announced it has promoted Richard Morgan to the position of director of automation sales. In this position, he will be responsible for leading a motivated sales and customer support team representing Thermadyne's new automated plasma and highly specialized welding products in the marketplace.
Morgan joined Thermadyne in 2000, as a member of the C & G Systems sales force. The C&G Systems brand of Thermadyne markets a full selection of CNC precision shape cutting machines. He had previously held a variety of management-level positions with independent distribution and Airgas.
Morgan and his family are residents of Daphne, Alabama.
