The Strategic CEM Solution Partnership between Anite and V3D Is Successfully Received by Mobile Network Operators Worldwide

LYON, France -

After less than a year in partnership, Anite's Network Testing business and V3D, respectively a global leader in wireless network testing technology and the independent QoS and QoE software editor for mobile networks, announce their first successful deployments in Europe, Africa and Asia.

Anite offers the CEM (Customer Experience Monitoring) solution of V3D for its customers worldwide under the Nemo CEM Solution brand. Nemo CEM data, powered by V3D's EQual One technology, is fully integrated into Nemo Analyze to help operators to benefit from relevant information for troubleshooting, combining drive tests and QoE flows of data.

This joint solution has been selected by leading operators in Asia, Africa and Europe for monitoring the wireless service performance to gauge the Quality of Experience (QoE) of their subscribers. Thanks to this solution operators can easily collect QoE data directly from their customers' smartphones and gain a better understanding of their customers' problems and expectations, hence improving the quality of end-user experience.

V3D's EQual One solution is installed and controlled over-the-air on commercial phones enabling a high number of agents collecting large amounts of data. It supports all major smartphone operating systems, including Android and iOS.

Philippe VIAL-GRELIER, Chief Executive Officer of V3D, says "We are really pleased that our strategic partnership with Anite and our combined offer is being well received by Mobile Network Operators. This agreement is a great opportunity for V3D to leverage its access to the market thanks to Anite's network of customers and it is definitively in line with V3D's strategy of bringing customer-based tools to complement traditional QoS solutions to build the most complete global CEM systems."

"The V3D offering forms the core of Anite's Nemo CEM solution," says Jussi LEMILAINEN, Vice President, Product Management and Business Development at Anite's Network Testing business unit. "This solution enables our customers to monitor the network's performance, pinpoint problem locations both outdoors and indoors, and even run specific test campaigns for performance and quality - truly from an end-user's perspective. Detailed drive test data can be collected using a wide range of Anite's Nemo products for troubleshooting a variety of performance issues. In addition Nemo Analyze can be fully utilized in the post analysis phase by correlating Nemo CEM and drive test data for network optimization – an industry first end-to-end solution from a single vendor," Jussi concludes.
