Domino Plastics MFG expands with acquisition of International Plastics
The second acquisition this year, Domino Plastics MFG completes purchase of International Plastics. President and CEO William Bathe said "this acquisition will increase our capabilities through increased product offerings from the addition of dies."
Bakersfield, CA, February 1, 2010 -- Domino Plastics MFG continues to expand product offerings through strategic acquisition of International Plastics. Second quarter 2009, Domino Plastics completed the acquisition of D & E Vinyl thereby expanding the plastic production capabilities and services available to Domino Plastics customers. Bathe explains that the expansion creates a broader product offering for Domino's clients.
Domino Plastics MFG specializes in developing custom vinyl and plastic products to customer specifications. With the acquisitions this year, Domino Plastics now holds more than 1000 dies that are used to produce a very wide array of products. Bathe mentions that the acquisitions in the past 12 months were focused on adding capacity and scope to the Domino product offerings. Bathe continues, "By having a large selection of dies, Domino can save the customer time and money that are usually spent on new product development".
Domino Plastics MFG continues to lead in the industry with the development of phthalate-free and pvc-free plastic products.
