The ScottCare Corporation Completes Acquisition of Rozinn Electronics, a Leading Manufacturer of Cardiac Diagnostic Products


CLEVELAND, Aug. 31 -- Cleveland-based The ScottCare Corporation, a leader in non-invasive external counterpulsation (ECP) therapy and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation telemetry, announced today that the company has completed the previously announced acquisition of the operations of Rozinn Electronics, Inc., a privately-held market leader in cardiovascular diagnostic equipment based in Glendale, NY.
