The low-light CoronaFinder and 1000 Frames/Second Digital Camera are the Best for Your High Voltage Testing Needs

The phosphor on the CoronaFinder has a time constant of about 1ms, so it can do about 1000 frames/second equivalent.

And there is a digital camera that can do video at 960 f/s (Sony DMC-RX10 II).

The 1" stacked CMOS image sensor with DRAM chip offers a fast electronic shutter speed of up to 1/32000. This processing speed allows for 20.2-megapixels at up to 14 fps continuous shooting, 4K movie and super slow-motion HFR (High Frame Rate) recording of up to 960 fps (40x) movie clips - not to mention better low-light low-noise capability.

Built-in wireless connectivity enables the RX10 II to instantly transfer imagery to mobile devices for direct sharing with social networking sites, via email, and to cloud storage sites. NFC (Near Field Communication) is also supported, which allows for one-touch connection between the camera and compatible Android mobile devices; no complex set-up is required. This technology when used with the free Sony PlayMemories Mobile app also provides the ability to use Smart Remote Control, which provides for remote shutter release that is controlled by a smart device.

Please let me know if you want a CoronaFinder quotation sent to you?

I do not have this Sony camera yet for loan or rental, only for sale with a CoronaFinder.

This 960 frames/second Sony camera and the CoronaFinder at 1000 frames/second are very nicely matched along with the Sony image and video transfer capabilities.

ALL other corona cameras have 30 frames / second video output, internal scan is 25 to 50 frames / second maximum.

The North American, Puerto Rico and Guam distributor of CoronaFinder corona cameras is Ox Creek Energy - Specialized Camera Sales www.specialcamera.com for sales, training, service, and all questions at cameras@specialcamera.com or 1-800-531-6232.
