Accu-Cure™ Ultraviolet Curing Systems now available with 100” curing width
Chicago, July 2016 - Expanding its popular Accu-Cure™ series of ultra violet curing units, A.W.T. World Trade, Inc. is pleased to announce the Accu-Cure ACS 100 and ACDS 100, each with a full 100” curing width. Engineered for high-speed curing of vinyl, polyesters, paper, and other substrates, the Accu-Cure’s state-of-the-art cooling system minimizes heat transmission to stock in the curing chamber.
The Accu-Cure series embodies the results of more than 40 years’ experience in ultra violet drying and curing technology. No other systems offer this remarkable combination of performance control and safety features, now available with a curing width of 100” (254 cm; 8’4”).
A.W.T.’s Ozone Removal System vents ozone and hot air from the point of origin, then safely out of the working area. Specially-engineered light guards protect the operator form exposure to actinic light output. Adjustable gate height on the curing head module may be set according to stock thickness, and eliminates light leakage. Variable position wattage selection allows the operator to adjust lamp output to conditions, prolonging lamp life and conserving energy.
All Accu-Cure models feature repositionable UV curing heads to accommodate a wide range of substrate thicknesses, reliable vacuum holddown, and strong, durable Fiberlon™ conveyor belts. Accu-Cure 100" models are available with either single or double lamps.
For screen printing operations seeking efficient curing of large, heat-sensitive substrates, the Accu-Cure ACS 100 and ACDS 100 from A.W.T. represents an attractive upgrade.
