Müllheim, Germany / Tustin, CA (USA)Â – The Hellma Group - leading manufacturer of optical solutions and components for the process industries and research and analytical laboratories - has announced today the conclusion of an agreement regarding the acquisition of the assets of Axiom Analytical Inc. This acquisition will form the world’s leading supplier of optical precision modules for online spectroscopy in the field of process industries.
