TENTE Casters Acquire Assets of CareFree Casters/CF Casters
The TENTE group has acquired the assets of CareFree Casters and affiliated companies, effective November 30, 2020.
The TENTE family of companies has been developing smart mobility solutions around the world since 1923. Offering global support with over 30 locations located on five continents, TENTE brings global sales, quality and technical support in everything that we do. Throughout the years, TENTE has provided efficiency, globality and inspiration to casters and wheels in nearly every global industry. We live by our brand promise: Better Mobility, Better Life.
CareFree Casters has a history or providing caster and wheel solutions to the medical and industrial markets around the world since 2007. With its industry leading Careprene tires, CareFree has been able to develop high performing products with quality materials and processes by continuing to improve and develop innovative solutions for its global customer base.
This acquisition will allow TENTE to further expand the CareFree product line and support its customers all around the world by utilizing the global sales and technical resources of the TENTE group. Both organizations have a strong commitment to quality, service and innovation, and we fully expect the synergies from this acquisition to further build on those values.
We are also very excited to have Max Salamzadeh and his CareFree Engineering team join the TENTE family in various roles. This will ensure the continuity of support on existing business and projects and allow us to build upon existing relationships without missing a detail!
