In its eleventh year, the Diamond Technology Reviews (commonly referred to as "the Diamonds") are determined by unbiased evaluations by a distinguished and independent panel of Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE) national board members and cable engineering experts, including senior executives from the largest U.S. cable operators.
