Tektronix and ScheduALL Integrate Cerify Video Quality and Content Workflow Management System
BEAVERTON, Ore., April 16 -- Tektronix, Inc. (NYSE:TEK), a leading worldwide provider of test, measurement and monitoring instrumentation, and ScheduALL, a leading supplier of broadcast work-flow management solutions have integrated Tektronix Cerify automated quality control and ScheduALL's operations and content workflow management. The integrated systems will be demonstrated at NAB 2007. The integration is performed using the CeriTalk(TM) application programming interface (API), part of Cerify V3.0 and Cerify 200.
ScheduALL is a complete operations workflow management solution designed to meet the fast-paced resource scheduling and business needs of broadcast, post-production and production industries. The CeriTalk Application Program Interface (API) provides integration of Cerify with the management system. This allows the management system to talk directly to Cerify, receive the detailed results of all tests performed and manage the file depending on the results obtained from Cerify.

Cerify V3.0 and Cerify 200 include the CeriTalk API that provides standards compliant XML based integration of Cerify with video broadcast management systems. Testing can be initiated by the management system placing files in one or several hot folders on the video server network and receiving results from Cerify via XML report files. The ScheduALL management system interface links directly to Cerify web-based user interface so that users can drill down to view the file details and information about any quality errors and their exact location in the file.
