Easi-Set Worldwide recently revamped its management team to better align our talent for managing top-line growth.

Art Miles joined the company as President and will be responsible for leadership, defining the company’s long term strategies and day-to-day operational and financial activities. A graduate of Florida Southern College with a BS in Management and over 30 years of domestic and international manufacturing, related construction services and consulting experience, Art brings a breadth of leadership skills suited to lead Easi-Set in big new directions.

Chris Reese graduated in 2012 from George Mason University with a degree in Civil Engineering and will be responsible for all of Easi-Set’s engineering related functions such as confidential manuals, standard drawings and calculation packages for accuracy, completeness and conformance with industry codes and standards, managing engineering and drafting consultants, and interfacing with licensees on engineering matters. Chris worked for several years in the Smith-Midland engineering department as a detailer while working on his college degree.

The balance of our team, Moffette Tharpe, Jeremy Smith, Anne Smith and Dale Neal (Midland Advertising + Design) allows Art the opportunity to quickly build a deep understanding of the business at an operating level.

Our transition period has focused in the acceleration of economic development, integration and coordination between different functions and our strategic management process.

The innovativeness of our designs and quality we insist upon for all of our licensed products is what distinguishes us from our competitors and makes us the standard of excellence.
