Steris Isomedix Services Expands Contract Sterilization Services in Minneapolis
STERIS Corporation (Mentor, OH) is pleased to announce the significant expansion of their current STERIS Isomedix Services operations in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Company has added five additional ethylene oxide (EO) processing chambers, increasing total processing volume by 50%.
The Minneapolis facility is now well positioned to serve Customer needs with 12 EO chambers ranging from 1 to 12 pallet capacity. "This expansion demonstrates our commitment in supporting the growth requirements of our Customer base," states Kevin Cmiel, marketing manager for STERIS Isomedix Services. For added convenience, Isomedix Services offers on-site EO technical assistance for sterility validation and protocol generation as well as local trucking services.
This investment further strengthens the Company's position in the contract sterilization, microbial reduction, and materials modification industry.
