SPT - SMALL PRECISION TOOLS, a pioneer and world leading supplier of semiconductor bonding tools, was recently named a recipient of TI's Supplier Excellence Award, the company's highest level of supplier recognition and awarded annually.
The award recognizes firms whose dedication and commitment to supplying products and services meet TI's high standards of excellence. Recipients are an elite group of suppliers chosen for their exemplary performance in the areas of cost, environment, responsibility, technology, responsiveness, assurance of supply and quality.
