SPL WorldGroup Names Bowne and Love, Formerly of Accenture, To Positions in Enterprise Tax Management Business Unit


London, June 21, 2006-John Andrus, president of SPL WorldGroup's
Enterprise Tax Management (ETM) strategic business unit, has announced
that two senior Accenture employees will join the ETM team.

Jeffrey Bowne, former associate partner in Accenture's government
practice, will take on the role of senior director, product management.
George Love III, previously a senior manager with Accenture's government
market unit, will join SPL as vice president, professional services.

Bowne is a specialist in the technology and delivery aspects of
integrated tax administration system implementations. In his 16 years at
Accenture, he worked with government tax offices both in the United
States and internationally. He has a B.A. in economics from Wesleyan
University. He will be responsible for driving the future direction of
SPL's Enterprise Tax Management solution.

Love was a member of Accenture's global revenue and customs industry
team, with extensive experience in the revenue practice. He worked with
numerous state revenue and taxation offices. He holds a B.S. degree in
electrical engineering from Bucknell University.
