Spectrum Control Completes Acquisition of Summit Instruments, Inc.


FAIRVIEW, Pa., Oct. 29 -- Spectrum Control, Inc. (Nasdaq: SPEC), a leading designer and manufacturer of custom electronic products and systems, announced today that it has acquired all of the outstanding common stock of Summit Instruments, Inc. ("Summit").
