South Carolina-Based Diversified Plastics Opens 2nd Location in Georgia
Latta, SC - June 7, 2017 - Rotational molding manufacturer Diversified Plastics, Inc., located at 1309 Highway 917 West in Latta, has opened a second manufacturing location at 490 Sibley Avenue in Union Point, Georgia.
At this new facility in Georgia, Diversified Plastics manufactures their proprietary rotational molding product line and custom rotomolding products. DPI produces waste and recycling plastic containers (2-, 4-, 6- and 8-yard), material handling plastic carts (linen and utility), industrial plastic poly drums (15-, 30- and 55-gallon) and custom rotomolding products (such as safety blanket holders for electric companies and water tanks for chemical companies).
The 35,000 sq. ft. rotational molding facility in Georgia consists of two Rotoline rotomolding ovens, with plans to add more machines. This location also utilizes a large outdoor storage area.
