Modernizations for all current and legacy Intelligrated sortation systems improve throughput and extend equipment life

The Intelligrated sorter upgrade program begins with a comprehensive audit of the existing system, performed by a certified Intelligrated audit engineer. Intelligrated recommends planning these audits as part of annual budgeting and scheduling them at least two to three months in advance of the operation's peak season. This will allow time for recommended maintenance, upgrades or spare parts acquisition and ensure maximum equipment performance during critical throughput times. After the initial audit has been completed, Intelligrated completes a full analysis of multiple upgrade, retrofit and rebuild options, developing several solutions that allow customers the flexibility to customize their sortation solution based on facility or business requirements.
