Shane Whiteside Joins Zentech Manufacturing Board of Directors
Baltimore MD – Zentech Manufacturing is pleased to announce the appointment of Shane Whiteside to its Board of Directors.
Mr. Whiteside has been a driving force in the electronics industry for two decades, most recently as the former Executive Vice-ÂPresident and Chief Operating Officer of TTM Technologies, Inc. During his ten year tenure as TTM’s COO, Shane led the company’s growth strategy initiatives and profitably scaled the business from $89 million to $1.4 billion through both organic growth and multiple strategic acquisitions.

As previously announced, NewSpring Capital has provided a combination of mezzanine debt and equity financing to Zentech Manufacturing. The proceeds of the financing are being used to provide capital for the future growth of the company.
