Shaft Collars Match Design Requirements

A full line of shaft collars offered in a wide range of materials for use in chemical, food processing, industrial, medical, material handling, and other specialized applications is available from Stafford Manufacturing Corp. of Wilmington, Massachusetts.

Stafford Shaft Collars feature one- or two-piece styles machined from different materials to meet design requirements for wear-, corrosion- and temperature resistance, and where weight or other factors are critical. Available in 1/4" to 20" I.D. sizes, they can include threads, keyways, hexagonal and other bores and various O.D. treatments and finishes.

Stafford Shaft Collars can be machined from 303- and 316 stainless steel for corrosion resistance, brass and bronze for wear resistance, Delrin® and nylon for frequent wash-downs, high temperature alloys, and 2024 aluminum or titanium where weight is a consideration. Knurls or flats can be put on their O.D. and finishes can include electropolishing, anodizing and plating.

Stafford Shaft Collars are priced according to material, configuration, and quantity. Price quotes and a catalog are available upon request.
