ASTM International Sponsors Symposium on Durability of Building and Construction Sealants and Adhesives



W. CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa.-The fourth symposium on Durability of Building and Construction Sealants and Adhesives will be held June 16-17 at the Marriott Anaheim in Anaheim, Calif. Sponsored by ASTM International Committee C24 on Building Seals and Sealants, the symposium will be held in conjunction with the June standards development meetings of the committee.

The objective of this symposium is to gather and disseminate the latest information on all aspects of durability testing, assessment and specifications for building and construction sealants and adhesives. The symposium will be of interest to architects, consultants, sealant and adhesive manufacturers, applicators, manufacturers of weathering devices, building owners, maintenance engineers and all others concerned with durability of sealants and adhesives used in building and construction. The scope of the symposium covers all building envelope, interior building, construction, and civil engineering applications.

Online registration opens approximately eight weeks before the workshop and closes June 8. The fees to attend the workshop are as follows: ASTM members and RILEM members: $460 USD for online registration and $485 USD for onsite registration; non-ASTM members: $485 USD for online registration and $510 USD for onsite registration. The fee is waived for presenters and students with a valid ID.
