Schneider Packaging's High Speed Case Packing Solution for Gable Top Cartons Provides Optimum Sanitation

LAS VEGAS, NVÂ - Schneider Packaging will exhibit its gable top case packer at Pack Expo 2015, Las Vegas Convention Center, Booth C-3425. This solid-body, stainless steel case packer provides optimum sanitation and consistent performance.
Designed for easy, accurate and rapid changeovers, the case packer quickly changes out from the two-pack convenience case to the 3, 4, 6, and 8-pack cases and is also available as a top or bottom loading vertical case packer.
In addition to being a complete wash down unit, the case packer uses an additional sleeve fitted around open spaces in the support frame, creating a physical barrier between the bolt and the inside of the frame. “This is something extra we do given our lengthy experience in the beverage, especially dairy, industry," says Pete Squires, Vice President, Schneider Packaging. “The extra sleeve results in a more hygienic environment by eliminating potential contamination from micro biotic organisms inside the frame itself.”
Schneider also designs machines to accommodate half-pint, pint, quart, gallon, and other sizes. Standard features include, Allen Bradley Logix controls, rapid changeover, touch screen operation and diagnostics. All Schneider gable top case packers and accumulator/loaders for gable top cartons can be integrated with Schneider gable top carton lane dividing and transport conveyors, and robotic palletizers engineered for a complete end-of-line automation solution.
