New standardized service products include investment and pre-sales support, commissioning at the customer site, Preventive Maintenance and Extended Warranty, and new options for repair services.

A close relationship with the customer is a priority for Schleuniger. In an effort to maintain their relationships, Schleuniger has created a new tool in the form of a Feedback Questionnaire to keep them informed about new needs in the market and the degree of satisfaction among customers.

"Planning your investment" is the first stage of Schleuniger services. To make the right decision as to which equipment will best be suited for individual application needs, Schleuniger analyzes wires, terminals, or seals and recommends an integrated solution. Experienced wire processing experts support customers with their purchase decision, financing, and production strategy. Professional commissioning, production support, and operator training avoid inefficiencies and incorrect handling at the beginning of production.

Regular Preventive Maintenance and inspection extend the life cycle and ensures high quality processing results during production. Globally standardized checklists guarantee consistent quality and scope of Preventive Maintenance, making the product transparent to customers. Every Schleuniger machine includes a free Global Warranty, allowing customers to move their equipment to new markets without losing warranty claims.
