SCEPTRE POWER ® Announces Energy Efficiency Level VI Power Supplies

Placentia, CA - Sceptre Power announces the compliance with Energy Efficiency Level VI on its PS, PSD, P2SD, PXX PXT series power supplies.
The Energy Efficiency Level VI will go into effect on February 10, 2016, which requires no-load power not to exceed 0.1W for external power supplies ranging from 5W to 40W, and no-load power not to exceed 0.21W for external power supplies ranging from 40W to 250W. For power supplies over 250W, the no-load power is 0.5W maximum. For Active mode efficiency, please refer to information below:

The PS, PSD, P2SD, PXX & PXT Series operate on Universal Input 100-240Vac to accommodate global markets. The PS, PSD & PS2D Series Desktop Power Supplies have output power from 18-200W with output voltage 5-56Vdc, and the PXX, PXT & PS series wall plugs have output power from 8-40W with output voltage 3.3-24Vdc. The PXX & PXT series interchangeable wall plugs are available with U.S, European, UK, Australian, Korean and China AC Prongs. Different from the PXX & PXT series, the PS series is a fixed wall plug with choice of U.S, European, UK, Australian, Korean and China plugs.
All power supplies are equipped with Over-Voltage Protection, Over-Current Protection, OverTemperature Protection & Short-Circuit Protection. They are certified to UL, CUL, CE, CB, FCC safety standards and are RoHS compliant.
