Sager Electronics Completes Acquisition of Norvell Electronics, Inc
MIDDLEBOROUGH, Mass. –Â Sager Electronics, a leading North American distributor of Interconnect, Power and Electromechanical components, today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Norvell Electronics, Inc., a North American power products distributor with extensive design and value add capabilities, headquartered in Carrollton, Texas.
Sager Electronics President Frank Flynn said, “With the close of this acquisition, Norvell will become an integral component of our specialized group, Sager Power Systems, and will continue its focus on power and value added services.” Mr. Flynn continued, “Sager Power Systems and our team of power sales specialists will leverage the value added capabilities of Norvell, offering our power supply customers robust design capabilities including mechanical enclosure, cable assembly, quick turn prototyping, and product safety testing and certifications.”
The purchase of Norvell, the 2014 acquisition of PowerGate LLC and the January 2015 launch of Sager Power Systems cements the foundation of Sager’s power strategy.
