'SageCover' ensures comprehensive software service and assurance

Sage Software, one of the leading global suppliers of ERP, CRM, and HRM software solutions to medium and large organizations, has announced its plans to sign up all its clients under the 'SageCover' program, the company's umbrella brand for comprehensive software service and assurance. At present, a total of 75 per cent of Sage's clients are part of the program, which is designed to help businesses maximise their investments in the latest Sage industry applications. Offering an automatic upgrade to 'SageCover Extra' - the enhanced version of the support service - for customers who sign up before December 31, 2010, the company is confident that the promotional upgrade will help achieve its goal of a near 100 percent sign up.
By allowing customers to run the most up-to-date software through free regular updates, service packs and hot fixes, 'Sage Cover' saves the user's time that is usually spent watching out for upgrades. The initial year of 'SageCover' is included with the product purchase, with the option to renew the membership to continue receiving all of the benefits of the program after the first year. In addition to saving time and money, the program also allows customers to enjoy special prices for Sage solutions and discounts on training based on multi-year rates.

The enhanced version of 'SageCover' - 'SageCover Extra' - offers new features, including 'Remote Support Direct to the Screen', which allows Sage Software's technicians to remotely access the problematic PC and walk the user through what needs to be done while answering queries quickly. Finally, users can login to view demonstrations of Sage' software conducted by expert technicians online, which covers the most popular topics chosen by customers to help them maximize the use of the software.
