Columbus, Ohio. September 29, 2010 - Safety Today, Inc. has been honored by Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Kentucky, Inc., (TMMK) with the distinguished TMMK 2010 Outstanding Customer Service Performance Category Award at its Annual Purchasing Policy Meeting and Awards Ceremony in Georgetown, KY.
To be eligible for TMMK annual performance awards, suppliers must meet the highest level of consistent performance in the areas of Delivery, Cost Leadership, Customer Service, Minority Business Expenditure, Safety and Kaizen. In addition to winning the total Outstanding Customer Service Performance Category Award, Safety Today was also nominated for the Outstanding Business Partner Award, an award in which only two suppliers qualified for nomination by meeting all key performance levels within the Distributors Supplier Category that features similar amount of products supplied to TMMK.
