SAE International and ASTM International Agree to Strategic Partnership



WARRENDALE, Pa. -- SAE International and ASTM International have agreed to a strategic partnership that will enable SAE International to sell electronic versions of selected ASTM books both in their entirety and as individual chapters.

The agreement begins with five titles, with the intent to add more content in the future. The five titles include:

-- Fuels and Lubricants Handbook: Technology, Perspective, Performance and Testing
-- Fuel and Fuel System Microbiology: Fundamentals, Diagnosis, and Contamination Control
-- Aviation Fuel Quality Control Procedures: 4th Edition
-- Guide to Friction, Wear, and Erosion Testing
-- A Comprehensive Review of Lubricant Chemistry, Technology, Selection and Design
