Saddle Creek Names Business Development Director


Saddle Creek Logistics Services announced today that the company has added a director of business development: Amy Barnes.

In this role, Barnes will oversee the development of new customer relationships and help to generate organic growth with existing accounts. She will be based in Winston-Salem, N.C.

Barnes is a seasoned business development professional with more than 16 years experience. Prior to joining Saddle Creek, she held several positions at Inmar Inc., most recently as director of business development, supply chain networks. Previous sales positions included GMAC Insurance, Universal Solutions International and Nabisco, Inc.

Barnes has been actively involved in the logistics industry and is a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) and past Logistics Committee member for the Consumer Healthcare Products Association. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from High Point University and is completing a Master's Certificate in Supply Chain, Logistics, and Transportation at The University of North Carolina, Greensboro.
