Sabert Corporation Announces Agreement to Acquire Kalman Packaging
SAYREVILLE, N.J. –Â Sabert Corporation, a leading global food service packaging manufacturer, announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Kalman Packaging Inc. (Kalman), a North Carolina based manufacturer of thermoformed plastic hinged food containers, focused on the bakery/supermarket sector.
