Runzheimer scheduled to present on the expectations of the future workforce at leading fleet management expo
WATERFORD, Wis. - Runzheimer, a business vehicle, relocation information and expense management services provider, will be presenting and exhibiting at the NAFA 2016 Institute and Expo in Austin, TX this week, a leading event for the fleet management industry.
The Runzheimer team will showcase its latest development, Equo™, a mile capture app available to Runzheimer enterprise customers. Through Equo, employees can capture, edit, delete and submit business miles directly from a mobile device, and the app has capabilities for automatic or manual trip capture. Equo captures both business miles and personal miles--making it easy for companies with fleet vehicles to track, report and manage personal use.

Runzheimer Senior Vice President of Business Development Donna Koppensteiner-Reidy will be moderating a presentation, "Preparing to Deal with a Millennial Workforce," alongside Dillion Blake, director of business development at Runzheimer, on April 20 at 1:15 p.m. CDT. The presentation will dive into how business leaders can prepare to cultivate productive business relationships with the future workforce's majority generation.Â
Experts from Runzheimer will discuss how business vehicle programs match the preferences of today's business driver, as well as the disconnect between what businesses are offering for relocation and what's desired in today's workforce.
