Whether Rotex customers seek an emergency replacement part or an entire refurbishment and upgrade, the ROTEX® Parts & Service group responds with expedited, one-stop-shop service to minimize costly downtime. The Parts & Service group carries a comprehensive inventory of stocked parts, including unmatched delivery of replacement screens to fit any vibratory or gyratory screener. Rotex will overnight ship most parts if available in stock, enabling customers to quickly address emergency breakdowns and restore equipment to operating condition.
For customers who require major assembly replacements, the ROTEX® Parts & Service group is able to deliver authentic major assemblies in two to three weeks. Rotex retains the original CAD drawings of ROTEX Screeners, ensuring that equipment is restored to its optimal level of performance by original equipment manufacturer (OEM) standards. It is critical that authentic Rotex replacement parts are used to replace major assemblies. Replacing original parts with generic parts can result in substandard screening performance and possibly machine failure. Rotex replacement parts are designed to work seamlessly in Rotex machines, increasing the lifecycle value and operating efficiency of equipment.
The ROTEX® Parts & Service group can also refurbish Rotex machines to OEM standards, restoring optimal operating capacity.
